Our Old Bed Removal Service offers a hassle-free solution for disposing of your old mattress and/or
bed base when you purchase a new one. We’ll take care of removing your old bed at the time of delivery, ensuring a smooth and convenient process.

This service is designed to save you time and effort, making your transition to better sleep seamless. Simply add the service at the time of purchase, and we’ll handle the rest!

Old Bed Removal Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

● The service is only available to customers who buy a new mattress and the service must be
booked at the time of purchase or a day prior to delivery.

● The old bed to be removed must be easily accessible for pickup. It must be packed and ready
for our delivery team.

Condition of Items:

● The old mattress and/or base must be free of excessive damage, infestations, or hazardous
materials.

● Items that fail to fulfill the above requirements may be denied to carry by the delivery crew.

Pickup Process:

● The old bed will be removed at the time of delivery of your new mattress.

● It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the old bed is prepared for
transportation before the delivery crew arrives.

Service Fee:

● A removal fee of $50 will be charged. This fee must be paid at the time of purchase.

Items Included

● The service covers the removal of one mattress and/or one base per transaction. Additional
items may incur extra fees.

Limitations:
● Cambridge Beds & Furniture does not provide dismantling services for bed frames, bunk beds or headboards. Customers must ensure items are fully disassembled prior to pickup.

● We don’t remove waterbeds.

Non-Refundable Fee:

● The removal fee is non-refundable, even if the service is not used after purchase.

Liability:

● Cambridge Beds & Furniture shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your property during the removal unless such loss or damage has been sustained as a result of our negligence.
