Old Bed Removal
When you buy a new mattress from us, we can take your old mattress and/or base away for $50 at the same time as we deliver. Add the service when you order, or let us know at least a day before delivery. It covers one mattress and/or one base per order.
How do I get my old mattress removed?
- Buy your new mattress in store or online and add old bed removal.
- Have the old mattress or base ready and easy to reach on delivery day.
- Our team brings in the new bed and takes the old one away.

Old Bed Removal Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
● The service is only available to customers who buy a new mattress and the service must be
booked at the time of purchase or a day prior to delivery.
● The old bed to be removed must be easily accessible for pickup. It must be packed and ready
for our delivery team.
Condition of Items:
● The old mattress and/or base must be free of excessive damage, infestations, or hazardous
materials.
● Items that fail to fulfill the above requirements may be denied to carry by the delivery crew.
Pickup Process:
● The old bed will be removed at the time of delivery of your new mattress.
● It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the old bed is prepared for
transportation before the delivery crew arrives.
Service Fee:
● A removal fee of $50 will be charged. This fee must be paid at the time of purchase.
Items Included
● The service covers the removal of one mattress and/or one base per transaction. Additional
items may incur extra fees.
Limitations:
● Cambridge Beds & Furniture does not provide dismantling services for bed frames, bunk beds or headboards. Customers must ensure items are fully disassembled prior to pickup.
● We don’t remove waterbeds.
Non-Refundable Fee:
● The removal fee is non-refundable, even if the service is not used after purchase.
Liability:
● Cambridge Beds & Furniture shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your property during the removal unless such loss or damage has been sustained as a result of our negligence.
