What is the difference between a buffet and a sideboard?
In New Zealand the two words are used for the same thing: a long storage cabinet, usually in a dining room or lounge. A hutch is different, because it has a second cabinet or shelving unit on top.

How big should a buffet be?
A buffet usually looks best when it is noticeably shorter than the wall it sits on, leaving some wall visible at each end. In a dining room, leave around 90 cm between the buffet and the back of the dining chairs so people can walk past. Measure your space before you visit and we'll help you check the fit.

Morrinsville is about 30 minutes from Hamilton and an easy drive from Te Aroha, Matamata and Cambridge. Despite our name, the showroom is in Morrinsville, not Cambridge.
