What sizes are available?
We stock NZ standard sizes beds including Single, King Single, Double, Queen, King, and Super King. Custom sizes can also be made in our NZ range of mattresses. Please contact our store for more information
Do your mattresses come with a warranty?
Yes, all our mattresses come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 2 to 10 years depending on the product.
Can I test the mattress before buying?
Certainly! We do recommend to try the mattress before buying. Stop by our showroom to explore our mattresses and discover the ideal option for your comfort and support preferences.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery across New Zealand. Fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location and product.
Do you provide assembly services?
Yes, we can assemble your bed frame or base upon delivery for an additional fee. Contact us for more details.
Can I return or exchange a mattress?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we provide a 60-Night Comfort Guarantee, allowing you to exchange your mattress once if you're not satisfied with its comfort.
How do I care for my mattress?
We recommend using a mattress protector, rotating your mattress regularly, and keeping it clean with occasional vacuuming.
Are your products made in New Zealand?
Many of our products are locally made, supporting New Zealand businesses. Imported options are also available.
Do you sell accessories?
Yes, we stock a range of accessories, including mattress protectors, pillows, bedding, and more to complement your purchase.
PICK UP, DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY
Can I pick-up in store?
You can choose pickup or delivery at checkout for online orders or inform your store of choice when ordering by in person or over the phone.
Do you do Free Delivery?
Yes, we do offer a free delivery on a minimum purchase of NZ$ 999 and within 10 km of range from the store.
What is the estimated price for delivery?
Our delivery rates vary. For online orders, enter your address at checkout to see the cost. You can also contact us online or in store for details on delivery rates and schedules.
Can I change my delivery address?
We can update your delivery information a few days prior to your scheduled delivery. However, it’s challenging to make changes last minute or on the delivery day. If the delivery location is changed extra charges may incur.

We accept Cash, Eftpos, Debit and Credit cards. We also accept Afterpay, Zippay, Finance Now, Gem and Q Cards.

Do you have Afterpay available?
Yes, we do have Afterpay as a payment option. Afterpay allows you to make your purchase over 4 fortnightly payments. Afterpay is interest free.
Do you have Zip Pay available?
Yes, we do have Zippay. It lets you divide your purchase into 4 equal payments every two weeks. All purchases made with Zip are interest-free.

Do you issue refund?
We do not offer refunds for any change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully. For faulty goods, contact us, and we will address the issue in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act. If a refund is approved, a 10% fee will be deducted from the total sale price to cover administration, stocking, and delivery costs.
