Cambridge Beds & Furniture delivers within New Zealand only. Shipping outside of New Zealand is not available unless otherwise specified.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location, product availability, and other factors. While we aim to meet these estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them

If the customer selects the wrong delivery option, Cambridge Beds & Furniture reserves the right to cancel or modify the order, or charge additional shipping fees.

We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. strikes, natural disasters, etc).


5. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify acceptance of your order, which is subject to availability and confirmation.

Cambridge Beds & Furniture reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time, including cases of stock unavailability or payment issues.




6. Returns and Refunds

For any purchases made we do not accept returns or exchanges, with the exception of faulty or damaged goods

It is not our policy to provide a refund for ‘change-of-mind’ for a purchase or wish to cancel your order, so please select your products carefully. Any refund will be at our discretion and may include a booking fee of 10% of the original purchase price. This fee covers transaction charges, order processing, and the refund process. Additionally, you may be responsible for any return shipping costs

Some items, such as custom-made furniture, mattresses, and clearance items, are not be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Processing times may vary.


7. Warranties
All products sold by Cambridge Beds & Furniture are covered by a warranty that may vary based on the manufacturer and product type.

Our Mattresses usually comes with warranty of 5 to 10 years depending which one you purchase.

The Furniture usully comes with 1 year of warranty.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Any warranty claim must be emailed to the store purchased from, with Invoice copy and clear images. Any further information asked by storeperson should be provided by the customer.

Warranty will become void if:

a) If repairs are attempted by a service provider not authorized by us.
b) If the product has not been maintained according to the provided care instructions.
c) If the product is misused, damaged, dropped, exposed to extreme temperatures or sunlight, or not properly cared for.
d) If the product is altered, used incorrectly, or paired with unsuitable accessories.
e) If the product is in an unsanitary condition or stained. For mattresses, a mattress protector must be used.
