Delivery And Assembly Terms
- Delivery services are available across New Zealand. Additional charges may apply for rural or remote locations.
- Delivery availability and times may vary based on the store & logistics and the
customer’s location.
- Delivery dates and times will be confirmed after purchase. Specific delivery slots are subject to availability.
- Customers are required to provide accurate delivery addresses and contact
information at the time of purchase.
- Delivery charges are calculated based on location and the size of the item. These fees will be clearly stated at checkout.
- Free delivery may be offered for purchases exceeding a specified amount, as per the store & promotional policy.
- Assembly services are optional and may incur an additional fee. The availability of
this service depends on the delivery location. - Customers must specify at the time of purchase if assembly is required.

- Customers must ensure the delivery area is accessible and free from obstructions.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that beds & furniture dimensions will fit through doorways, staircases, and hallways.

- Customers are required to inspect delivered items for any damage or defects before the delivery team leaves and inform the store.
- Any issues must be reported to the delivery team or store within 24 hours of receipt.
- Returns due to delivery damages or incorrect items will be accepted, provided the
issue is reported within the stipulated time. - Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to store error.
- If no one is available to accept the delivery during the agreed time, re-delivery
charges may apply. - Customers may authorize an unattended delivery at their own risk, releasing the store from liability for loss or damage.
- Delivery teams adhere to health and safety regulations. They reserve the right to
decline delivery or assembly if the environment poses safety risks.
- The store is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances
such as extreme weather, strikes, or transport disruptions.
