your mattress within 60 nights, our friendly consultants will gladly assist you in finding an alternative
that suits your needs.
How Does Our 60-Night Comfort Gurantee Work

Purchase a mattress protector along with your new mattress to qualify for this Comfort Guarantee.

Allow your body to adjust to the new sleeping surface by trying the mattress for at least 30 days. It’s normal to experience slight aches or discomfort during this time, but these typically subside quickly.

If you’re still not satisfied with the comfort after the trial period, contact our store, and our sales consultants will guide you further and assist you in selecting an alternative mattress

Once you’ve chosen a replacement mattress, we’ll arrange a seamless swap for you.
60 Night Comfort Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
● This guarantee is only applicable to mattresses that were purchased directly from Cambridge
Beds Furniture.
● It is valid for 60 nights from the date of delivery of your mattress.
● A waterproof mattress protector must be included with your mattress purchase on the same invoice or order if you are purchasing online.
Trial Period:
● It is suggested that the mattress should be used for at least 30 nights so that your body gets used to the new support and comfort.
● Returns or exchanges cannot be initiated before completing this initial 30-night trial period.
Exchange Process:
● This guarantee offers one exchange per customer.
● The replacement mattress must be of equal or greater value, and any price difference must be paid by the customer. Please note that no refunds will be issued.
Condition of the Mattress:
● The mattress must be in good condition, free from stains, tears, odours, or other damage.
● Proper use of a mattress protector is strongly recommended.
Fees
● A $199 exchange fee applies to cover delivery, handling, and processing costs.
● There are no refunds available; this guarantee is for exchanges only.
Exclusions
● This guarantee does not include customized mattresses, adjustable bases, bed bases, pillows, mattress protectors, and other accessories.
● We also exclude clearance items, floor models, or heavily discounted products from this guarantee.
Proof of Purchase
● It is only after presenting a valid receipt or proof of purchase that an exchange request can be processed.
How to Initiate an Exchange
● Contact the store within the 60-night period.
● Our representative will assist you through the process and offer potential replacement options.
Final Decision
● The Cambridge Beds & Furniture reserves the right to deny exchanges if the terms and conditions are not met.
