What the Warranty Does Not Cover

EXCLUSIONS

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or abuse.
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning, folding, or jumping on the mattress.
  • Stains on the mattress or base, which automatically void the warranty for
    health and safety reasons.

MAINTENANCE SUGGESTIONS

    moisture.

FABRIC DEFECTS

  • The warranty is valid only for the original buyer and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to make a claim.

  • If the grid top becomes loose during normal usage.

Warranty doesn’t cover

  • Indentations of up to 35mm are considered normal and not a defect.

    mattress flat or vertical.

Care and Maintenance Guidelines

  • To ensure the longevity of your mattress and maintain warranty coverage:

  • Rotate the mattress every one months for first three months and then every
two months to distribute wear evenly.
