We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we provide a 60-Night Comfort Guarantee, allowing you to exchange your mattress once if you’re not satisfied with its comfort.

We recommend using a mattress protector, rotating your mattress regularly, and keeping it clean with occasional vacuuming.

Many of our products are locally made, supporting New Zealand businesses. Imported options are also available.

PICK UP, DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY

You can choose pickup or delivery at checkout for online orders or inform your store of choice when ordering by in person or over the phone.

Yes, we do offer a free delivery on a minimum purchase of NZ$ 999 and within 10 km of range from the store.

Our delivery rates vary. For online orders, enter your address at checkout to see the cost. You can also contact us online or in store for details on delivery rates and schedules.

We can update your delivery information a few days prior to your scheduled delivery. However, it’s challenging to make changes last minute or on the delivery day. If the delivery location is changed extra charges may incur.

Yes, we do have Afterpay as a payment option. Afterpay allows you to make your purchase over 4 fortnightly payments. Afterpay is interest free.

Yes, we do have Zippay. It lets you divide your purchase into 4 equal payments every two weeks. All purchases made with Zip are interest-free.

We do not offer refunds for any change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully. For faulty goods, contact us, and we will address the issue in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act. If a refund is approved, a 10% fee will be deducted from the total sale price to cover administration, stocking, and delivery costs.
